This Privacy Policy explains how Smart Consumer Services LLC DBA Venzor ("Venzor," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information.
Information we collect
Venzor collects the minimum first-party information submitted through public forms: an email address and optional first name for an Everyday Workbook request, and a phone number plus the specific category selected for optional Index Dispatch enrollment. We also receive ordinary site and cookie information used for site operation and privacy-aware attribution. Venzor’s educational tools do not collect, store, share, or transmit quiz answers, symptoms, health history, medications, photos, sexual-health information, or other sensitive health information.
How we use information
We use an email address to save workbook access and, only when the separate optional email-updates checkbox is selected, to send occasional Venzor educational updates. We use an SMS number and category-specific consent record only to honor the category selected: marketing or informational. We do not treat a page view, a phone number alone, a checkbox selection, a tool interaction, or a tracking event as completed SMS consent.
SMS privacy
For Index Dispatch by Venzor, we store the phone number, separately selected category, program name, consent timestamp, source route, and consent-copy version after successful enrollment. Marketing and informational consents are separate. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. STOP requests are honored and appropriate suppression records are retained.
Cookies and tracking
Venzor uses an approved Binom landing-page pixel configured with campaign ID 111 to support privacy-aware attribution. The pixel is loaded once per page visit. We do not place names, emails, phone numbers, SMS consent state, health information, tool inputs, or other sensitive entries into Binom URLs, pixel queries, advertising links, or Cowboy Media redirects. No public promotional offers are displayed at launch because Venzor has no disclosed advertiser or affiliate relationship.
Sharing and security
We do not sell personal information. We do not collect personal health data through the tools. We may use service providers to operate the website and store first-party form records, subject to appropriate contractual and security practices. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
Your choices and contact
You may use all educational content without SMS enrollment. You may choose optional email updates separately. To ask about a submitted guide request or an SMS consent record, contact Venzor at help@vbemz.com, (855) 485-1999, or 5758 Park Vista Circle, Suite #216, Fort Worth, TX 76244.
